Doing Business in the European Union 2020: Ireland surveys 5 cities finding that each Irish city stands out in some areas and lags in others: Cork, by far, is the city that most quickly enforces contracts and ranks high on getting electricity; Dublin, despite being the city with the heaviest workload across all areas, performs well on three indicators: getting electricity, starting a business and enforcing contracts; Limerick does not lead on any indicators but ranks second in two out of the five; Galway is the most efficient Irish city in which to start a business and leads the registering property indicator; Waterford leads in dealing with construction permits.
